Frederick County MD public schools and offices – 2 hour delay – Morning Pre-K and Career & Technology Center (CTC) start 2 hours late and dismiss 1 hour later than usual. PM Pre-K starts 1 hour later than usual and dismisses at the regular time. PM CTC starts 40 minutes later than usual and dismisses at the regular time. Charter School Pre-K classes canceled. Staff reports on a 2-hour delay.
Montgomery County Public Schools closed Monday, Jan. 3, due to expected severe weather. All school and community activities in school buildings also are canceled. All school administrative offices and central offices will open on a two-hour delay.
