Craig Campbell is coming to Frederick thanks to Jay Day and the Day Home Team of Real Estate Teams! Debbie Williams and the Open Road Band will kick off the show follwed by The Nathan Bartgis Band thanks to Machine Gun Nest. Q: What is the format of the show?
A: This show is a drive in format. When you buy a ticket you are buying a space for your car. You can bring as many people in your car as there are seatbelts.
Q: What time does the show start?
A: Gates open at 4pm. The first act will be on at 5pm, the second at 6:15pm and Craig Campbell is on at 7:45
Q: How much are tickets?
A: Tickets are $50 a car. Buy your tickets early to get in the best section
Q: Will there be vendors on site?
A: Yes! Come hungry and thirsty! There will be food trucks and beverages for sale for the 21+ crowd
Q: What can I bring?
A: You may bring food, cans, coolers, chairs, water bottles, binoculars, non-professional cameras and a smile on your face.
Q: What can’t I bring?
A: No outside alcohol, no glass, no audio or video recording, no cameras with detachable lenses, no drones, no fireworks, no grills, no gas heaters, no illegal drugs, no laser pointers, no tarps, no E-Z Ups, no tents, no canopies, no weapons and of course no bad attitudes.
Q: How are parking spaces assigned?
A: Parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis within your ticketing section. The earlier you buy your ticket the better ticketing section you will be assigned
Q: Will there be fireworks?
A: Yes! Celebrate Frederick has arranged for an amazing 4th of July Fireworks display to be launched from the fairgrounds at dark thanks to Sandy Spring Bank!
Q: Where can I park for the fireworks?
A: Just interested in a FREE fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day? No problem…we can have over 1,500 parking spaces available!
Our friends at The Great Frederick Fair have graciously offered the following areas for free parking to view the fireworks display.
- ‘Park & Walk’ Lot – Fireworks visibility in this lot is low! Patrons parking in this area are encouraged to walk to Carroll Creek Linear Park for a prime viewing location!
- Lot A – E. Patrick Street across from Gate 1; Lot entrance off Franklin Street (Opens at 7 PM).
- ‘Park & Watch’ Lots – These locations provide high fireworks visibility from patrons’ parking space.
- Lot C – Highland Street (Opens at 7 PM)
- Lot E – Highland Street, beside livestock stables (Opens at 7 PM)
- Infield Lot – Accessed via Gate 3 (Overflow Lot | Opens at 8:15 PM if needed)
NOTE – Lot B, Highland Avenue, is within the fire line for the fireworks display and is not available for parking!

Parking attendants will direct traffic in and out of each available lot. Alcohol and outdoor grills are not permitted, and public restrooms are not available. Guests are reminded that lots are ‘Carry In Carry Out’, please take any trash with you.
