HERE WE GO! Heading into Superbowl weekend…are you hosting or heading to a friends house this Sunday? Bring these and you’ll be the hit of the party!
My husband Tim and I had fun making these and then….eating them all for dinner 😉
This recipe will make about 30 meatballs….and they are easy to eat! I would definitely double for a party.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Start out with a big mixing bowl, put in ground chicken (1lb), 1 cup of bread crumbs, 1 clove minced garlic, 5-6 green onions finely chopped, 1 tsp. celery salt, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1 large egg, 1 packet of ranch dressing mix, 1 tablespoon of buffalo wing sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all up really good!
Roll the mix into 1 tablespoon balls and place on a baking sheet on parchment paper. Then, place into the oven for 15 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and pour a 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce into a bowl and toss with the chicken balls. Place them back on the baking pan and put back into the oven for another 10 mins.
Take them out, arrange on a fun plate with toothpicks and drizzle with blue cheese or ranch and they’re ready to eat!
