Hagerstown, Md (KM) The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says it continues to investigate an incident last Saturday.
At around 12:17 PM, deputies responded to the 13100 block of Hepplewhite CIrcle for a shooting. Witnesses told authorities they heard multiple gunshots , and saw two vehicles flee the area.
Investigators say it started out as a domestic incident,. No one was injured.
Deputies arrested Bernard Steven Tinsley-Jiggetts, 19, of Hagerstown, charging him with 2nd-degree assault, stalking, telephone misuse, harassment and false imprisonment.
